    Horrible "institution" of "learning". Do not bother your time or money here if you are not a minority. I experienced months of racism that was never dealt with.

  • Review of "Archie Sanders - State Farm Insurance Agent" at Pine Bluff

    My family and I have been with Archie Sanders- State Farm for years. My family not only has car insurance through this company, but home insurance as well. The past 2 years of working with this agent and his staff have been absolutely nothing short of HORRIBLE. The customer service is literally non-existent. Each time I have called I have received an arbitrary explanation on why my rate has increased. I've asked for information on what I can do to lower my rates, but they have done nothing to address my concerns. They talk to you as though they are the ones spending their hard earned money. To make matters 100% worse, I am away for school and have tried to call for information on my policy to ensure I stay legally covered while traveling. I have received no information and rushed service each time I have called. Mr. Sanders has an employee by the name of Yashica that is extremely rude and short with customers. To make matters worse, I have called State Farm customer service 1-800 telephone number to complain about this agent and his company and have received no information at all. I am sure it's not a surprise that my family and I will be switching our insurance very soon. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM ARCHIE SANDERS STATE FARM.

    I have been a Shelter customer for over 12 years I moved my business to a Northwest Arkansas agent after I moved here and when that agent retired, I moved my business back to this agency because of the level of customer service I knew I would receive based on a referral from a family member. I have always been extremely satisfied with the level of assistance I received and appreciate everything that Kyle does for his customers.
